Sandbar Standard sells surf-inspired apparel, swim, towels, hats, and coastal gear. Some products may be produced or fulfilled by trusted partners after an order is placed.

Order processing

Processing time can vary by product, availability, and fulfillment partner. If a product is made to order, production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may change because of carrier delays, weather, address issues, or high-volume periods.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships.

Address issues

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If an address is entered incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible at hello@sandbarstandard.com. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your shipment appears lost, delayed, damaged, or delivered to the wrong place, contact us with your order number and any carrier details so we can help review the issue.
